So, today Cyn woke me up to come walk some stairs with her - the some stairs turned into 15some flights of stairs and a one mile run there and walk back at Baldwin Hill Scenic Route. When we got there she said "if you can make it up these stairs and back down, you can do anything."

Cyn had to tell me to walk my ass up those stairs a million and a half times and an old woman, maybe 65 was passing me up - she stopped and told me I could make it. Although I was a raging bitch to Cyn, I'm glad I went, and I'm glad that she asked me to go again tomorrow. She was absolutely right, I feel like I can do anything and everything!
