I know that the ever so slight 0.2lb weight gain has to do with not drinking enough water.
I know I didn't have enough yesterday, and so I will drink as much as I can today in order to flush everything out.
Yesterday seemed like a long intensive day working out too. I am not so sure that I will go as hard today. We'll see. I have to have some rest days too:)
