Wow!~
I guess even though I ate the things I did yesterday, I managed to keep it all under control with what I ate in the evening hours.
I am happy. I have been steadily losing weight over the course of the last 10 days, and that makes me a happy camper because I am truly working hard to get it off and keep it off.
I have joined the Biggest Loser facebook edition just this morning and I have already begun to read a whole lot of articles on things that will help motivate me through the future. I have only 27.2 pounds to go to my goal weight of 145 pounds. I KNOW I can do this. I just KNOW I can.
I have already plowed through this plateau and I will continue to plow through any other plateaus that try and stop me. I am way too determined to let any little setback impede the progress I have made to date.
I was a little disheartened when I saw over a week ago that the scale I WAS weighing myself on wasn't accurate, but I am back on the mend now and raring to go! I have to weigh myself daily so that I can try to figure out what works for me best with this latest weight loss. It is a huge motivator too!
My daily mantra:
"Candice, keep up the good work. Remember, baby steps:"
So far today, here's what I ate:
*1 All Bran bar @ 130 calories
