After daily big losses I’ve finally slammed to a crawl. I’ve also eaten out several days so that could be part of it. Back to better eating for the next several days to see if we can at least keep the trend downwards :)
297.4 lb Lost so far: 35.1 lb.    Still to go: 77.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
