Ugh I don’t want to log this! It’s not a true gain. 3 pounds over night?? The BF scale says I’m a week I’ve gained 2% SM and lost 1.5% BF. So I’m retaining water, but 3 pounds of water?? Perhaps I shouldn’t have drank a bottle and a half of water before bed or eaten those two pieces of fudge. Yes I had carbs but I always have carbs and a lot of them... 100-200g per day. This throws my year total loss off 😭. Tempted to average tomorrows weight with today and re log but that wouldn’t be accurate either. Ugh I knew my body would do something weird as it usually does after a few weeks of consistency.

Our bodies can be brats, for sure. It'll drop the water soon enough, but I totally understand.

Why couldn’t it have waited until tomorrow lol. I went from a 36# loss to a 33# loss 😖. Seeing how I wanted an overall 35# loss before I quit dieting this really gripes me lol. Hubby said ‘guess you’ll have to diet and log for another year’.

Well I made a note. It’s a big fat G instead of an L next to the month of December. First month since I started 3/5/18 that I’ve had a gain. If today’s weight would’ve shown up yesterday then I’d have had a slight loss. I figure if I ever wonder about it on the future then I’ll just look back in my weight log on here for that month. It’ll be obvious why I gained when I see that 3# jump. Lost 2# over night 😖
