Achieved my original goal today. Back in January I weighed nearly 250 lbs and I told myself I'd be 215 by 6/15 knowing that I hadn't weighed 215 lbs in many, many years.

Now I'm aiming for 200. From there - who knows.
214.3 lb Lost so far: 19.7 lb.    Still to go: 29.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
