Moving on down. Hopefully, the downward trend will continue. Persistence and diligence is paying off, however slow.
Starting a couple of days ago, I started including Bragg Organic Apple Vinegar into my day, at least 1 tablespoon a day. Whether in a salad or in water (cold or hot), the touted health benefits seems to be worth the puckering taste. :) I try to eat walnuts a few times a week when I can fit it into my macros. Health benefits (MSN Health) seems to outweigh the calorie and carb factors. Nuts and seeds are highly beneficial but need to be portioned! They are so good!
Still doing the high and low days calorie wise. Haven't gotten to the "no food for the whole day" point, although I have read how it helps. I'm still working out with my weights, 8 lb and 10 lb, almost daily in the mornings plus some other exercises. It is not pretty but is quite invigorating! Feels good to get over with early and then do more if I can later. Again, having more non scale victories is worth my extra work.
Have a great March everyone!!!

Congrats! I would not make no food for the entire day... Not eating is a super migraine trigger.

sounds like you're having much success with the high and low calorie days. That's what chesgreen calls "keeping your body confused" - causing it to burn calories a bit better. Congratulations!

Thanks wholefoodnut! Going without food for the whole day seems like too much torture to me. At this point, I don't think its worth any benefit :)

Thanks From371to184! I have one of those "very adaptable bodies" so I have to do something to shake it up.
