Starting Today. In 1995 I went from 120kg to 55kg but did it stupidly in 9 months with 3 hours excercise a day and living on lettuce and saladas. This time I am doing it correctly. I am joing the gym for treadmill bike etc and walking more and trying to cut down on fats and reduce quantity of food starting today 1pm 13/01/08
293.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 172.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
