Bummer, I didn't lose anything at the meeting tonight. Oh well, it's better than gaining. It really sucks when you try so hard and nothing happens. But I did find out something tonight. Our leader said that you are supposed to eat your point allowance every day. Not below it. Something about your body not recognizing that it's on a diet. I haven't been doing this, so I'll try that this week and see how it goes. Our leader this evening had lost 170 lbs. That's amazing. I know I can do this.
247.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 107.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm with you this week...I didn't eat my total points for 2 days and I didn't have a loss...I know better, but I was in such a rush, but I also know there's no excuse...I did it to myself...We'll both vow to eat all our points this week, right? :o) And then next week WI we'll see our charts go down! HUGS!
