Wed 8/2 down 2 - Thu 8/3 down an additional .6 - Fri 8/4 down an additional 2 (4.6 lb recovery in 3 days...not bad)
I should be down 60 pounds total by the end of August. My heaviest weight was 260 lbs last Jan 2016. When I hit 199 I will celebrate with new clothes, a BIO update, a new profile picture and a New Goal of: Starting Weight 199 Goal of 185.
