Its the end of day 1 for me, no sugar cravings and no really bad headaches. I had 2 protein shakes dinner/breakfast, 1 apple,1 banana,2 clementines (lil oranges) asparagus and some eagg beaters with tomatoes and onions.I didnt get in enough water.
