Today was not as great, I slept in instead of going to the gym, because I was REALLY tired and couldn't figure out why. Sometimes when I start feeling really tired it's because I'm getting sick, so I decided to just sleep. I will go on Thursday morning. I did okay with diet choices today, got started with things a bit late, but tomorrow is a new day in the plan. When I weighed this morning I weighed 3 pounds less than yesterday... which was odd, but awesome.
