comida: pavo, guisantes y tomate. 1 Yogurt
1/2 tarde: té verde, pan con chocolate y tarta pasiega.
cena: merluza, papa y acelga con frutos secos al vapor. Pomelo.
antes de dormir: 2 yogures
210.1 lb Lost so far: 18.1 lb.    Still to go: 33.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
