Well, the scale is moving in the other direction. I stopped having my afternoon coffee. I also took a nighttime OTC sleep aid. I wound up sleeping better than usual. I have 4 rescue dogs, they tend to get me up throughout the night, besides my own difficulty with sleep. I am finding that I am not as hungry. Trying to keep my water intake up. Drinking water, Club Soda, and at night I treat myself to a flavored tea (without sugar of course). All in all feeling good! Have a great day everyone!!
