I am back and I had a great time in Florida. I ate a lot of shrimp and anything else that I wanted. I had a Margarita at Jimmy Buffet's Parrot Head Bar in Key West. It was awesome, I could have drank 3, but I settled for one. I weighed in and found I gained 1 pound, and I am thinking that was not so bad. Golf league started and I am still bowling on 2 leagues for a couple more weeks so I am getting lots of exercise. That 1 pound will be gone in no time.
