Its ok to under eat a bit once in a while. I do it on accident sometimes. Our body's are very adaptable to differences in calorie intake. Just think about how our ancestors survived famine! Obviously we are not getting that extreme but under eating slightly wont kill you, just make sure to eat a little more at your next meal and to get adequate protein
