On a happy note, I know most of the initial weight loss was water, but almost 4 weeks later, it's clear I've actually 'lost' some weight. I dropped a pants size. On Monday my pants were falling off, I actually had to roll the waist seam over in order to keep them up. My next size pants, which I haven't fit into in over a year felt great. I didn't look like a stuffed sausage.
Off to get a morning run in! It's a clear, cool and crisp fall day up here in VERMONT.

:-) Thanks Hope. The run felt good did 2 1/4 miles and scoped out some goals. Hope to build up to a 4-miler, and then once I'm comfortable with that I'll go for 6 and then it's just a few months of training to be able to do a 1/2 marathon. I've completed a half before. I never expect to run a full marathon, but a half is fun! Suppose I shouldn't get ahead of myself. 4 miles will be a good milestone to shoot for. :-)
Not doing so well on 'logging' all my food the past few days, but I am making "good" choices. Staying away from all the stuff I know pretty much sticks to me like glue.
Everyone have a great day!
