Whoa whoa whoa
so my day yesterday was pretty bad. More arguments- oy. So to keep myself in balance I kept away from food except lunch and afternoon snack and both were healthy-lunch was fishstick salad w/ ketchup mixed with hot sauce and snack was apple. Other than that I drank fluids. I ended up being sent to my room for the rest of the day and so I missed dinner, went to sleep instead. I had about 15 hours of sleep. Wow
Then I weighed myself today- 115 pounds. repeat- 115!! 2 pounds already!!! Wow! Keep it up! Guess I had that to lose.
