Doing a course correction. Went off the rails, now, I'm getting back on them. I gained a few pounds, but this was over the course of a long time...I didnt go overboard and I'm glad about that. Will start this journey again for the 2nd time to get the rest of this weight off. :-)
My blood sugar has been normal, I can work out a bit easier, I still have the stress so all of this may take a bit of time, but I'm learning to let go of some of the stress and live in the moment. I've been given a chance to live again. I'm taking it!
