Normal Day JUNE 22 2024 Yesterday MEALS (3) Calorie 1409 Carbs 48g Fibre 4g Protein 100g Sugar 10g Fat 86g C/F/P% 14/57/29 (M) 88mg/dl. 10min yoga 0min bodyweight 6ml walk 0ml bike 20min swim. Meals are better, exercise is part of life's movement. Fridays will be maintenance day.
For the time I will not be trying to lose weight, but just keeping it off. I have to do this!! 🏊🏽‍♀️🚴🏽‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️
149.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
