Normal Day JUNE 9 2024 Yesterday MEALS (1) Calorie 1323 Carbs 60g Fibre 6g Protein 85g Sugar 22g Fat 90g C/F/P% 18/56/26 (M) 96mg/dl. 0min yoga 0min body weight 6ml walk 0ml bike 0min swim Special Days MAY 23 2024 to JUNE 7 2024. 16 Special days. I saved those days from holidays, birthdays anything I could have. I saved those days to spend with a member of my family. My older sister (80). She did not have a good time. She had question's, why I had turned so mean. The answer I gave was I have become just like you my family. The question was why had I not given my other sister my kidney. The answer I gave was why did you not given yours. The difference was not that the question was asked. But now I have a voice to answer. Before I would have given, even if it was to my detriment. Now I consider this part of my life, my happy time, so I get to answer. If it not in my best interest I don't do it. I learned a lot on this cruise. I can dance, laugh, dress to impress, socialize, seek companionship with people out side my family, I can also ignore, say no, and move on. And I have. I have to do this!! 🏊🏽‍♀️🚴🏽‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️
