Beautiful sunshiny morning here. Coffee is great, AND I lost my water weight gain from that blasted steroid shot!! Yippeeeee! Now I can get back to making some progress! Enjoying doing the 5:2 intermittent fasting and I think it has helped me so far even tho I havent gone as low cal as is recommended on my '2' days. Definitely keeping with it and will try to improve my calorie intake on the *fast* days. Am exercsing on the 5, and resting on the 2. Works!
Also, back on my B complex which has always helped me shed water weight; keeping up with D3 whichI tend to be deficient in; and have increased lemon water intake significantly.
Did have another allergic reaction yesterday while grocery shopping of all places. Didnt break out in hives, but again with the crazy hand/palm itching which got pretty intense for a bit. Dr appt Thursday. We'll see what the doc says.

Morticia, my son told me that itchy palm on one hand means you'll come into some money, the other hand you're going to meet someone new. BOTH mine itch so maybe I'm going to meet a rich man... LOLOL !

Thank you Diana. ❤️ Years ago my sister who had never formerly been allergic to anything suddenly became allergic to everything. She had a pretty rough time of it but after a couple years and a couple different specialists she got her immune system back to normal. I'm hoping I won't follow in her footsteps. But yeah, it's a little weird. 🥴

That happened to me too and a couple other people that I know. I was talking to my nutritionist about it a little- and she said that she has a couple other clients with the same issue with the adult onset hyper allergies- she thinks its tying in with all of the pesticides.

I absolutely believe it about the pesticides, Walton. GMOs also. Our bodies weren't designed to process these chemicals and frankenfoods. I hope you were able to overcome your sudden allergies.
