Whoo! not a bad start for my first week back to healthy eating after vacation! i don't think i did too bad, despite not working out and getting a little too cozy with some cheesesteak and queso sauce a few times. i think i am going to start working out again this week, today if i can. either way, i'm happy i'm off to a good start :)
