Having my coffee and making my grocery list. Need more fresh veggies, fruit, nuts/seeds, yogurt, beans. Excited to be starting a fresh new approach to gut health and weight loss. Ready to see an increase in energy/clarity, decrease in moody blues/lethargy with this plant based high fiber plan. And hopefully see this weight budge! Dr. Bulsiewicz makes a solid case for feeding microbes and optimal health. I'm ready!
