After successful 4 days of OMAD, I've dropped 2.5 kg. I plan to do OMAD for the remaining days of the month and then I'll decide if it's what I want to do long term or change to 18:6 IF regimen as I go back to studying full time. I find OMAD to be easy when you don't have to do some intensive concentration like studying for 8+ hrs a day
