Finally hauled my stationary bike out of storage (that sucker is heavy). No more excuses. I have to ease into things or else I get discouraged from the get go, so my aim is to start off 3x per week and go from there. Working on increasing protein a little more daily and keeping fiber up. One thing this hot weather has helped me with is my water consumption! Finally made it up to 3 17.6oz bottles water; along with my big 24oz mug of coffee and evening tea (usually) that's not too bad.
Mid-week, fingers crossed for a loss this week. Stay focused everybody!
