Finished my workout and on my way to eat breakfast. Yes, it is later than I would like but that's ok. Hope everyone had a great weekend and is doing well. Going to not log my food for another week and see how the scale goes.

Very proud of you, your are doing fantastic! I am stuck where I am, but also have not had too much to exercise, plan to kick that back up next week so hopefully the scale will budge. Keep it up!!! :)
