This is an almost two week weigh-in, Bahamas vacation 8 days of that, which was wonderfully relaxing. I did hit the gym 7 am every day and kickstarted a strength training routine. I unapologetically ordered food the way I wanted while enjoying some amazing local seafood dishes. We did beach anniversary photos, this time with a very different woman in the pictures. I’d never vacation-travelled without weight stress before, it was SO freeing! Kind of excited that hitting one-derland is in my line of sight now, wasn’t really thinking that was a possibility when I started this journey. This week’s health moment of gratitude: Everything above !!
