Yesterday was hectic with holiday cooking/shopping so meals were on the run. My fiber intake was in the pits, something I had been doing really well with lately, but stayed well within my caloric range so happily I lost another pound!
Now the challenge will be to refrain from all the good food of today's family dinner!
