Sun is shining and it is WARM today. Going up into the 80s! So I am getting outdoors and tackling some spring cleaning. Perfect weather for me.
Managed to get in 30g fiber yesterday, which I find almost impossible to do even eating raw veggies if I dont make it a point to have 2 keto tortillas to boost it up. Each one has 7g fiber but only 25 calories and zero net carbs, so hey, why not?
One more pound and I will be halfway to my initial goal to drop 30lbs by end of June. Thats roughly 13 weeks from now. It will be tight at the rate Im losing (lb/wk), but Im going to try my best to achieve it. Maybe now that spring is here I can actually make that a reality with being able to get outdoors and moving! Winter turns me into a couch potato as my house stays cold.
