Rainy ol lazy Sunday. I'll be kicking around the house in my bathrobe today. Good day for keeping company with books and hot tea. I'll work in my steps and some light stretch exercises.
Incorporating some fat burning, metabolism boosting herbs and spices, including ginger, oregano, cayenne, turmeric etc at each meal now. Must remember to take my probiotics as well, I often forget.
