I guess the recent salt influx is finally wearing off. Was surprised to see this big of a drop based on cal deficit only... more "salt bad" evidence for me.
Seems like my biggest losses are not recorded during the week when working out the most, but after a long weekend of inactivity. Anybody else notice that?
