I'm normally a coffee addict, but it's losing it's appeal. I use mostly decaf because of a heart condition. I'm looking for a good, simple chai recipe! Something I can make in a large batch and heat as needed.
164.6 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
