No change. I expected a little bump up in weight because I'd eaten my calories*perfectly* yesterday, then at 10 pm went into the kitchen and ate another 500 calories of cheese and pepperonis! 🙄 Oh well. It was an extremely people-y day, and maybe my solitude-loving self needed the extra snack. Maybe I burned that extra bit navigating large crowds and having enthusiastic conversations with people. 😊
167.4 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

In-person conversations with people burn as many calories as running... Introverts unite! Come to think of it, maybe we can just wave hi to each other and then read for an hour... 😅 Introverts scatter!

@gwzfire I love everything about your comment!! 😆 After I got home I felt oddly freezing cold, so my husband tucked me into warm blankets, set books around me along with my kindle, kissed my forehead, and quietly left the room. If that's not love, I don't know what is!! 😂❤️

Natalie, you have found yourself a true soul mate. ❤️‍🔥 Decompression time is so essential after extended large group interactions. With every minute of alone time, I feel more like myself. I hope there was a good book in the mix! 😃

Totally understand needing solitude. High five fellow introvert. It saps your strength. I have a busy week set up too so I plan to enjoy my solitude tonight.

For me the gain shows up the 2nd day..it's probably sodium and extra calories. Get back on track and it will go away

@Diana 1234 I am the same way. I had more sodium Thursday-Saturday and I am trying to drink more liquid today.
