Last two days I hit the reset button. This weigh-in-today is actually down. From my high of two days ago. Daily weigh ins work for me-also. This insidious and ceaseless big fat lie about what might work differently for me now as opposed to when I started here. And things are different and better. But also is my honed and heightened Bulls#$%. Being ridged about two aspects is core. Though sounding negative I live today in my exercise and food way of life. I can mess around with everything else...unless it affects my exercise or my food. Well...at this point....today...is the only HONEST way I can do this. I wish I were more flexible...but that is just the BS starting to chat with me...again. I really need to be here with you to keep me honest. Thank you for being here.

Great self-portrait, Judy. Glad you've realized why you were straying and gaining a bit. It doesn't seem like much, but you are smart enough to know that it only takes a little bit of gain to start to become a habit. You've worked so hard through the years to lose all that weight and then (miracle of miracles in my book) to be able to KEEP IT OFF! Again, you are still my Maintenance Hero. I look up to you and aspire to have the dedication you've had once I ever get to a maintenance stage. It's a slow road losing the 60 pounds I gained between June and January, but at least I'm headed in the right direction again.
