Did not eat well yesterday. If I plan my day better I eat a better lunch but I didn’t so I had Popeyes chicken. The wife wanted to go out to dinner, should have grabbed the Mediterranean plate rather than the Philly cheese steak sandwich. Anyhow I can do better with what I am eating.
Weigh in this morning. Surprised that I dropped a couple pounds and dropped percent body fat. I am trying to get the percentage of body fat down and drop 20 pounds. So far a good beginning to this restart.
Weight 220.2 %BF. 28.7
Muscle mass was lost but that is to be expected when you don’t go to the gym for a few months
