No change. I eat the same thing for breakfast every day, and the same thing for lunch almost every day. I'm not drinking enough water -- gotta work on that -- and I hate the way my belly looks. I took "before" pictures the other day. I usually dress tracking, but I haven't hated it now that I'm back on FS. We started school last week (homeschool) and it's been hard to get back into routine. Feels like a reluctant beginning. It will all work out. My son joined Boy Scouts a couple of weeks ago and already our schedule is filling up with activities. Now my youngest wants to join Cub Scouts, and he's so excited.
