I'm feeling discouraged. I've been under calories and exercising and no drop in a few days. I know it's not a huge deal, but ughhhhh!!!! Thinking of adding IF.
236.0 lb Lost so far: 85.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
