So the muscle ive gained quickly has been burning my fat and making me leaner. The amount of calories im consuming is near ridiculous. The foods i eat are traditionally low calorie so i have to eat a truckload. Im consuming fats in the form of coconut oil like crazy BUT COMPLETELY forgot cocnut oil burns fat too in its own way LOL! It's my favorite oil though! Im not sure how much longer I can stay pescatarian with trying to gain and keep weight on lol. I feel like I need big steaks and idaho potatoes or something but like a few times a day...I don't know but in the past when i participated in organized physical activities that was always the easiest route. My mesomorph body type may not be responding well to this pescatarian diet under the current circumstances. If i were just doing maintainance that would be a different story, but im building a heckuva lot of muscle, leaning out quick, whilst trying to gain weight. I'll have to do more research. Im starting to look freakin' amazeballs though with the added definition lol. Wee bit of a perfectionist so won't be fully satisfied until I come up with a plan I can live with.
