This cleanse is working. I am actually on day 8 of my 10 day diet and then I'm done. The catch is that I continue to make better food choices as well as exercise daily. I have come to realize that a diet isn't something you do until you reach your desired weight, but rather something you do for life. Making changes today will help me shape my habits tomorrow. I am tired of being tired. I am fed up with being fat, and I feel like I have wasted the best years of my life so I am doing this to enjoy the rest of my years. I don't need six-pack abs, but I sure would like to see my abs for once. :)
