Late weigh in here, and I was so busy with work and packing, and with the wife out of town, I basically ate junk, or when it wasn't junk, it was too much.
I still lost a pound by virtue of cycling, thats good, but I won't be touching the scale until I get home from Italy, and I'm not even trying here) but hoping the 8+ hours of walking and sweating is working magic.
