Still holding steady after the holidays. I didn’t record my my lowest weight before thanksgiving,so I wouldn’t be disappointed (was only about two pounds). Now I’m back to pre-holiday weight and back on track.
168.4 lb Lost so far: 43.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
