I am continuing to do well and am happy with the loss. BUT I need a couple of weeks of doing something different. I am dying of boredom. I know there are wonderful and exciting recipes out there ( I have all the cookbooks), but when it comes down to taking the time to cook, I usually just can't pull together what tiny bit of energy I might have at the end of a 12 0r 13 hour work day, so I just have a piece of cheese or a hunk of meat. As I said, I do know this my own fault. Anyway, I am switching to WW for 2 weeks. At that point I will decide what I want to do. Just so I keep losing weight. Then, I might stay on WW or go back to Atkins or go to something else altogether. I do know one thing. The tremendous support from by buddies has really made a difference. Thanks.

I find that if I grill 2 or three pieces of meat at a time, and keep quick microwavable veggies, I do ok, even at the end of a long day. I had bad luck on WW before, and just started trying it again and gained 3 pounds in 4 days, following all the rules. I decided to go back to what has worked in the past. I think the secret is cooking things ahead, or there are a few microwavable dinners out there for about 10 or 12 carbs that I use in a pinch.
