Still maintaining after 5 months. what a great feeling. Monday I am doing M.O.V.E. with a few other folks at the Atkins site. I think I need to be in a challenge for more structure. Bowling last night was great. I had a good time, and bowled pretty good(for me that is). Maintaining isn't as hard as I thought it would be, but I can't afford to be complacent. Everyone have a good weekend and enjoy the spring-like weather.
