After just under 7 weeks I’ve hit my goal :) I’m going to push it down to 190 tomorrow but I’m very happy with myself so far, I fit into some jeans that haven’t fit me in a year and a half

Congratulations! Keep on. You've done it right. Set achievable goals, then move the goal post. I followed the same method and have reached a weight I never though possible. I've done it gradually so it will stay off. No big shock to the system. Plateaus are my body adjusting to the new me.
