As of this morning after waking up. After a workout 🏋️‍♀️ I weigh 83.9 but I won’t log that until that’s my morning weight after waking up.
188.7 lb Lost so far: 47.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
