1456 kcal Fat: 45.57g | Prot: 115.64g | Carb: 159.28g.   Breakfast: Myprotein Impact Whey Protein (Salted Caramel), Greenfields Skimmed Milk (250ml), Boiled Egg, Fried Chicken Breast No Coating (Skin Not Eaten). Lunch: Nestle Nestum (Susu+Pisang), Sunpride Pisang Single, Quaker Instant Oatmeal. Dinner:  Cabbage , Indonesian Pecel Sauce, Potato French Fries, Indonesian Fried Tempeh, Yellow Sweet Corn,  Boiled Egg, Cooked Spinach (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: Papaya. more...
