I even turned on my Wii Fit this morning to record this new low! Today is the last day of this cabbage soup diet; now the challenge is ti see if I can maintain at this weight. I like it! My clothes fit better, I feel like I look better, and my partner seems cutely jealous, lol.
I need a tummy tuck & boob-lift, but that's not financially feasible at this time. I'll let you know if we win the $165,000,000.00 Powerball this week, note to self: buy Powerball ticket. In the meantime I just have to wear flattering clothes all the time. :o)
Gotta go to Zumba Gold....

Wow 125! I love it! You look amazing too. I'm thinking the tummy will shrink up a bit for you in time too.

Laughing, my buddies! Thank you for helping me celebrate. Funny, I wanted to celebrate by buying some clothes, instead of edible treats.
I'm not a fan of fad/crash diets, but I wanted to be supportive of my partner. I did adapt my portion of the diet to add a little fat and a fair amount of protein. I probably would have lost even more if I had stuck to the exact diet plan, but I didn't like the idea of feeling like crap, lol.
I stayed for the regular Zumba class today, since that darn instructor I don't care for didn't show up & Aylin taught it as well as the Zumba Gold. I like her, enjoy her class, so I stayed. I came home & did all my stretches, used my foam roller on my legs & glutes, and had a lunch of soup, brown rice, unsweetened black cherry juice, and some dried baby pineapple, which isn't in the diet, but neither is the ground turkey breast I added to the soup for protein. :o) I'm trying to deside if I really want to eat the little package of kale chips I have in the pantry.
My tummy is shrinking, but there is a fair amount of loose skin. After losing weight from a high of 255, there just is some leftover skin that covered that, especially at 50. Sigh.
