Whether I whooshed or not, this is unacceptable. I went to the Dr today, my back damage is permanent but not crippling(I guess that's good news...kind of). I've been cleared to start my full diet program and was cleared to begin a full exercise program. I'm to take slow and increase my exercise within pain limitations. I had the Hubby help with my measurements & I will be checking in weekly with those numbers. Waist 41.5, hips 48.5, breast 47. I wish to thank Moopie for opening my eyes🙏🙏🙏
