Only a pound off this week, and I've been 100% on plan. No worries, slow progress is OK, what I'm doing is about changing my habits for good rather than looking for a quick fix.

I love the whole business of food planning, shopping and cooking, and I'm having fun experimenting to see how I can make the things I like to eat so they support my weight loss and health without compromising on flavour. I just decided my attitude of either/or was a lame excuse, I'd have to find a way of doing things differently if I'm serious about the changes I want to make.
